Terms of Agreement - Selling eCoupons and Vouchers

You must agree to consider and commit to the following terms of agreement.

eCoupon Sales

1.1 Only approved and registered Account holders with an active profile may sell eCoupon.

1.2 The Account holder must apply for approval as a ‘Vendor’ at GMG

1.3 The eCoupon must offer a discount or customer incentive to book a specified massage therapy treatment with the Account holder (Vendor)

1.6 The Vendor must have a sales point available to complete eCoupon aales, ie website merchant, facebook shop.

 
eCoupon Campaign Duration
 
  • eCoupon Campaigns may run for up to 30 days
  • a new ecoupon marketing campaign may be purchased once a current campaign has expired
  • campaign expiry notices will be issued by email before expiry date
  • eCoupon content will be withdrawn from our site and Vendor business pages, on campaign expiry. 

eCoupon Campaign Charges

  • eCoupon Campaigns have just one cost structure: –  $30 per placement fee per campaign.
  • there are no other charges to you the Vendor or the customer from GMG
Transaction Management
 

When an eCoupon selection occurs:

* Customers will be redirected to your purchase point, ie website merchant, facebook store etc.

* All eCoupon purchases are to be managed directly between you the vendor and the customer

* GMG will not accept liability for purchase volume, failed purchases, customer complaints to refund requests.

* You the vendor must be able to email purchase acknowledgement and any document/card verifying purchase must be despatched to the customer

 

eCoupon Responsibility Clauses

  • The Vendor is responsible for all content included in the e-Coupon campaign. having final approval before launch
  • The Vendor is responsible for all complaints arising from dissatisfied customers
  • We are not liable nor make any promise to Vendors concerning the ‘take-up’volume of eCoupons
  • We do not accept liability concerning the level of exposure or impression of eCoupons on our site or associated third party sites
  • We will withdraw from campaign any eCoupon that is in breach of our Site Terms and Conditions Agreement
  • We will not refund Vendors if we are required to withdraw eCoupons from our site irrespective of reason
  • Vendors must ensure they make available to Customers, the full eCoupon service as advertised, for the duration of redemption advertised
  • Vendors must ensure they have a complaints process in place to assist Customers who lodge notifications of complaint concerning their experience with the Vendor.

 

Gift Card Sales 

1.1 Only registered Account holders with an active profile may purchase and utilise our Gift Card option.

1.2 The Account holder must also apply and be approved as a ‘Vendor’ at GMG

1,3 The Gift Card must be offered for a fixed fee – fixed treatment with the Account holder (Vendor)

1.4 You, as vendor, must have an existing online purchase point for gift cards – ie website or facebook store

 
Gift Card Promotions – Duration
 

* Gift Card Campaigns may run for up to 30 days

* A new gift card marketing campaign may be purchased once a current campaign has expired

* Campaign expiry notices will be issued by email before expiry date

* Gift Card links and content will be withdrawn from our site and Vendor business pages, on campaign expiry

Gift Card Campaign Charges

* Gift Card Promotions  have just one cost structure: –  $30 product placement fee per campaign.

* There are no other charges to you the Vendor or the customer from GMG
